Green Energy Midstream management team has extensive experience developing, owning, operating and marketing large scale transportation/ logistics assets and commodity trade across North America.

  • Mr. William Swan serves President and brings 25 years of leadership experience in asset development, rail, logistics, marketing, and business development across the midstream market. Mr. Swan began his career with 12 years at BNSF Railway and served in various leadership roles in business development, marketing, sales management, and asset development. In 2008, Mr. Swan joined US Development Group (USDG) and led the commercial efforts in the development of USDG’s Crude by Rail network. In 2015, Bill joined Blackline Partners as a Managing Partner and Vice President of Business Development and led the commercial and business development efforts for the partnership. Most recently, Bill was Vice President of Business Development for United Energy Trading and was focused on the development of midstream assets, including several renewable projects. Mr. Swan holds a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University and MBA from Southern Methodist University with a concentration in Finance.

  • Mr. Harris began his career with Werner Enterprises of Omaha, NE, where he worked three years managing a dedicated refrigerated truck fleet. In 2009, Scott joined the Maryland and Delaware Railroad Company, where he held various operational and business development roles before being named Vice President and General Manager in 2016. In 2017, Mr. Harris became a founding partner of Chesapeake and Delaware, LLC, a short line railroad holding company, where he worked in operations and business development until 2022. Scott now serves as President of Business Development for CAD Logistics, LLC, a corporation of which he is a 50% owner. Mr. Harris holds a BA in Finance and Management from Salisbury University.
